Nigerian cotton fabric produced using the traditional Adire dyeing process (handmade). Vibrant, colourful hues
Quality and feel:
When new, the fabric is firm, stiff and has a firm texture (reminiscent of coated cotton). This is due to the traditional finishing process/starch used in production and is not a fault. The fabric softens with washing over time, revealing the pure cotton weave. Another sign of quality is the way the patterns are embossed into the fabric.

Manufacture: Handcrafted in West Africa – charming irregularities in the colour application and pattern flow are typical features.
Width: approx. 1.1 m
Ideal for: summer clothing, textured jackets, bags, quilts and home accessories.
Care: machine wash at a low temperature (30°C, gentle cycle) As it is strongly recommended to wash the fabric separately, we have already washed it once. This has made it slightly softer, but it will require several more washes if you wish to remove the finish completely from the fabric.....therefore
