No right of withdrawal applies to fabrics cut to the customer’s specifications. For all other items, the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days and the withdrawal must be submitted in writing.
There is NO general right of return.
For parcels returned without prior agreement, the amount due remains payable. Parcels returned without prior agreement do not constitute a valid withdrawal.
If an item does not meet the customer’s expectations, the customer must contact Karlotta Pink in writing, preferably by email, before returning it.
