We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post.

To keep the flat shipping rate as low as possible despite rising prices, we try to send as many parcels as possible in reused boxes, while taking great care to ensure that they are clean. For this purpose, we work with a friendly local trades company that regularly receives many small boxes inside larger outer cartons, with the contents additionally packaged.

This not only saves you money, but also helps protect the environment.

The flat shipping rate consists of the shipping costs and the additional packaging materials required. It is calculated as an average rate, which means it remains the same regardless of the parcel’s weight or size.

Important information for customers outside the EU: The flat shipping rate does not include any customs duties or customs clearance fees that may be payable.

It also does not include the cost of reshipping orders if the recipient was unavailable, the storage period with DHL or Deutsche Post expired, and the parcel was returned to Karlotta Pink, or the cost of returns. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
